The Declaration of the River of Life

Preamble

The Birth of an Interdependent Movement Dedicated to Universal Goodwill, Right Relations, and a Just System for All People

The River of Life is a movement dedicated to helping people see that we do not have to suffer on planet earth. It is a movement dedicated to exposing how suffering came to exist on this planet and what ways suffering can eventually be transcended. The Movement of the River of life is dedicated to stating publicly how every person has an incredible capacity to be a part of a movement that states the universal truth that our needs will be taken care of when we can shine our brightest light to those who are in our reach, which is now the world with the internet. This movement recognizes the massive illusion that has blanketed this world from religions, to modern education, all the way to the stage of politics, healthcare, and the workforce. This movement seeks to call out the various forms of illusion that are the core structures in many institutions, while at the same time calling for a universal solution that can reform our current system based on a select few amassing more and more while the many receive less and less. This movement acknowledges that not everyone is ready but will certainly acknowledge there are millions around the world who are ready to hear what they have been longing for all their life. The RIver of Life acknowledges that it will surely take time to develop into a robust international alliance that is able to create centers that have the highest degree of human wellness. This movement recognizes that what it will take will be individuals choosing to shine their spirit in whatever way they can and disclose what has happened on planet earth and what can be done for us to transcend it. This must be done from the heart in union with the mind knowing that it will require a certain balance to ignite the lion's roar that will signal to the people that there is a system that can work for the benefit of all people, not just a select few.

Body

This Declaration of Interdependence for the River of Life calls for a unification of the most spiritual, creative, and constructive people around the world into a cooperative whole that attempts to reform ourselves in equal proportion to the world around us under a higher consciousness also known as the law of free will. The River of Life declares that there is a vital need for people of various backgrounds, fields, and cultures to come closer together in an attempt to help each other transcend above the forces of division within and without. Those who have a desire to help increase consciousness as well as physical conditions to a threshold that is not recycling the tragedies of humanity's long past will find this movement as a Bastion to help us meet the demands that are ever increasing upon the world with a spirit of practical idealism.

We who choose to cooperate with the River of Life will desire to affirm that within this movement and within the world, we will not accept the various forces that are bent towards physical and psychological destruction. We will not accept the hatred of the mother principle, the mother element, the mother earth that fosters a culture that attempts to poison our body, our mind, and our spirit which we affirm are one. We will not accept the fear mongering hatred of the father principle, god, or culture, that desires the distortion of the worlds institutions through manipulating knowledge and information so that people do not have trust in their own consciousness being able to expose the forces of evil and duality.

We acknowledge that the River of Life wishes to rebuild the educational centers of the world to centers that help people understand how they can see through so much of the polarization and passivism that dominates our system. We also acknowledge a need for a new type of learning that does not force information upon people just so they can memorize it and pass the test but a style that puts the teacher in a role that is also about learning, adding that subjects learned need to be more inclusive of nature, the arts, and real world conditions. We declare that education is the fundamental building block for helping a person overcome addiction, trauma, and any form of infringed threat that currently still dominates modern life in subtle and overt ways.

Those who choose to be a part of the River of Life choose to Declare for themselves a way of Life that fundamentally shifts the equation between their own hardships and struggles and that of the greater whole. We acknowledge that the River of Life is a Conscious Force, Agent, and Being that will guide us in being able to take a stand for ourselves and humanity so that our needs are met and so is our joy by directing our interests towards humanity at large. We acknowledge there is much work to be done in all of our institutions which will require a state of the art administration directed by those who choose to continue questioning and challenging themselves while accepting the balancing need for unattachment, recreation, and relaxation.

This grassroot and hightower movement of the River Life will call the world financiers, consultants, and philanthropists of intelligent degrees of development to unfold the greater legal and technical process of getting the right energy, supplies, and resources to the table so that developments can begin in creating programs within institutions and centers alongside nature that are primarily focused in helping people see the unity between all life that gives rise to healthy and creative states of individual and communal living. These programs and centers will be key elements to the River of Life in being able to function at ever accelerated rates for the removal of world poverty, disease, war, disaster, and evil.

Those with elevated degrees and achievements in the field of financial management and professional consultancy will begin to step forward as a critical mass is reached by individuals choosing to embody this declaration in their own lives and coming to an agreement to form a constitution so further clarity, integrity, and accountability can be instituted for the application of candidates to be approved. There will need to be a robust system of checks and balances which is why this Declaration Announces a Necessity for three circles of leadership to aid in the development of the selection process of candidates. These three groups will be based on science, religion (spirituality), and the third will be a synthesis of the two to represent the leaders who have higher government and democratic proficiency by their advanced development to work within both circles.

Candidates will be approved by select leaders of the two circles and if there is critical disagreement on the approval process, then processing should be escalated to the third group where a select leader of advancement will review a particular submission to candidacy. What will be asked and reviewed upon each case for candidacy is an account for their own declaration, be it written or spoken, their own constitution for what they deem necessary laws for protection, transparency, and integral leadership or systems management. Concluding it will be important that this constitution is also written or spoken in a recorded form and that the final measure of determination will be their portfolio which shall include their achievements and future intentions. Measures to request background checks and inquiries into criminal or questionable behavior should also be included as a test of humility and honesty, knowing that it is reasonable everyone in this world has engaged in some form of nefarious behavior to one person or group given that nobody is given a accurate manuel of Life at the start of one's incarnation.

The River of Life acknowledges a need for a coalition working between legal, financial, and property management in order to truly scale any foundation currently in place. We recognize a need for a decentralized decision making body that appropriates an account that is able to give and receive funds in order to proliferate the principles, aims, and initiatives of the movement. This decision making body should be directly tied to the three circles of leadership distinguished by those members who decide to agree in participating in the River of Life movement. It should be stated that there will be a need for additional commissions or departments representing financial, legal, and property management as the numbers of members increase. Eventually a seventh body may emerge particularly focused on government, justice, and rehabilitory reform within punishment and weapon based institutions. As the development and professionalism of the River of Life increases, further milestones and hallmarks will be reached as a world authority with critical acclaim.

The conclusion of this Declaration will end by saying there are a variety of lines and curves between the words and within the words themselves that are prone to adaptation, flexibility, and integration within other proposed declarations. It is important that further distinctions and precautions are taken as a professional movement dedicated to world consciousness evolution that A.I. is detailed, discussed, and reviewed upon any sacred documentation that is agreed upon for the ascension process of candidates interested in membership. There will always be certain contexts that will be very hard to distinguish the difference between A.I. and genuine participation, but through diligent and determined assessment under higher states of consciousness, any circle of leadership will be able to discover various levels of manipulation of information so long as leaders continue to question themselves and their self centered motives towards ideological absolutism or existential self-preservation through profit and other subtle motives..

It may take some time before an actual trust or account is decided upon, but once more people begin to stand up for a higher consciousness in their own lives, in their own fields, in their own local communities, they will begin to find that life is not as hard as it has been in getting the physical and spiritual needs taken care of. When a certain critical mass of these individuals do take these measures, further advancement into the sacred document creation and approval process can take place leading to the establishment of leadership councils, international partnerships, and most importantly, a family like culture where members can talk, serve, and play in activities that raise the physical and metaphysical parts of the whole of this platform we call planet Earth.

It may certainly take a number of years to really develop a strong tightly knit community, spirit, and family quality to the universal mission we are all on involving so many different types of work and perspectives that can either complement the participating majority or disconnect the collective movement. One thing is really for certain that new homes and safe spaces will arise for not just ourselves but for the people en masse to participate in more free flowing activities of meditation, storytelling, the arts, invention, experimentation, invocation, and studying those forms and forces that continue to assist us in achieving the immaculate indescribable joy, laughter, and promise that a brighter future leading to more prosperity, rights, and the right to ascend from this cosmic platform we call earth into advanced roles, experiences, and service to further elevate the creation and the creator through every living being in it..

Under the Law of Free will, this Declaration of Interdependence of the River of Life is complete and all items stated herein are sealed under the Law of Consecration to those that agree with this or any like statements to embody the River of Life in their own life so the world too may embody more Life. Adaptations, corrections, and amendments of this document are now in the custody of the leaders of higher consciousness and any comments or references about this or in the creation of thine own is applicable in determining the net result of vertical and horizontal oneness. So let it be said here that it is done, it is finished, and it is sealed. For the eye of the one has recorded it on earth as it is in heaven.
